3. Check out the doctor's profile.
4. Pick your preferred doctor.
Step 02. Book Appointment
1. You can easily check out the timeslots of your preferred doctor on any date by using our web or mobile app.
2. If you're in a hurry and need to see your chosen doctor at the earliest, our WhatsApp/chatbot/Call Centre can assist you in finding the soonest available timeslot.
3. Once you've decided on a timeslot that suits your schedule, you can book an appointment through our web, mobile app, or /WhatsApp/chatbot/Call Centre.
Step 03. Consult online
1. Receive instant updates on the status of your appointment.
2. Prior to joining the consultation, check your webcam and microphone (if using a computer).
3. Make sure you are available at the scheduled appointment time.
4. During the consultation, you can speak live with the doctor using your webcam/Phone Camera and microphone. Additionally, you can use options like text chat and share medical reports.
5. You can get online opinions from the doctor during the consultation.
