Patients can:
- Search by City/Specialization/Doctor to view the doctor details and book an appointment online
- Get notified with appointment status updates (Booking/Rescheduling/Cancellations) by eMail/SMS/WhatsApp and also through our Chatbot
How It Works?
Step 01. Search for Provider
1.Provide access to your location to our web/mobile/chatbot channels
2. Search for the nearest provider (doctors/nurses/physiotherapists) from the map on the web / mobile apps.
3. Alternatively, get the information from the WhatsApp/chatbot by providing the radius
4. View the provider details
5. Select the provider
Step 02. Book Appointment
1. You can check out the selected provider's available timeslots on any date through their web or mobile app profiles.
2. Or, if you prefer, you can ask the WhatsApp/chatbot/Call centre for the earliest timeslot available with the selected provider.
3. Once you've found a suitable timeslot, you can easily schedule an appointment through the web, mobile app or WhatsApp/chatbot.
Step 03. Visit & Heal
1. Get notified on the status updates of the appointment
2. Visit the doctor at the hospital/ clinic. Present yourself atleast 10 minutes before the appointment time
3. Make the payment at the hospital / clinic after the treatment
4. Recover
